At the beginning of the 20th century, in 1924, the “GB” cartridge was developed in Eibar. Thanks to the initiative of Eibar native D. Jacinto Gárate, who founded the company Gárate y Block, one of the pioneering products in the Spanish hunting and competition ammunition market appeared on the Spanish market. Due to the widespread use of the GB cartridge, the company expanded its production in 1966 and moved to Vitoria.
Since then, the GB brand and its team have strived to maintain the quality, care, and personal touch that still distinguish the company today.
