The Smith & Wesson Lever Action 1854 is a modern, underlever bolt-action rifle designed from the ground up, combining modern materials and manufacturing methods with a classic design. Featuring a side loading port and side ejection port, the rifle is suitable for use with scopes. Other modern features include a threaded muzzle, an enlarged charging handle, a low-profile trigger , and three M-LOK slots on the handguard for mounting accessories. The Optimkomtage is compatible with the Marlin 1894/1895/336 footprint air rifles. A Picatinny rail with an XS Sights Ghost Ring diopter sight is pre-installed, and the classic brass bead front sight ensures rapid target acquisition. The magazine tube is easily removable, allowing for quick and safe unloading.
The barrel and action are made of stainless steel , the stock components of robust polymer – with the fore-end and buttstock featuring a textured grip for secure handling even with wet or clammy hands. The receiver is forged for maximum durability in all calibers. A modern and solid firearm for the contemporary shooter and hunter.
